Start with Scale

Scale is mostly about capacity and the API. Approval workflows, supplier price lists and stock transfers between locations are not built yet, so we do not charge for them. If one of those is what would make Scale worth it to you, tell us and it moves up the list.

Prices exclude VAT. Larger multi-brand or multi-country operations are a conversation rather than a pricing table. Setful is built to UK VAT and terminology, and we have not completed the review needed to sell it in the US, so there is no US pricing here.

What people ask about the price

Is there really no commission?
None, on any plan. What your customer pays you is yours. We charge a monthly fee for the software and nothing else.
What counts as an office user?
Anyone who needs quoting, pricing, finance, settings or reports. Warehouse, driver and crew accounts see schedules, manifests, scanning and the venue details they need for the job, and never see margins or finance. Those are free and unlimited.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Additional office users are £15 each per month and an additional location is £50. When moving to the next plan would cost you less than the extras, Setful tells you rather than letting the bill drift.
How does the trial work?
Thirty days with realistic demo data and no card. The clock starts when you activate a live account or approve a migration, not while you are looking around, and both dates are shown before it begins.
Do you charge for migration?
Self-serve migration is included on both plans. Assisted migration is included on annual Scale subscriptions once we have completed our first verified rehearsals; until then we do it with you at no charge because we are learning from it too.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, and two months are free. Monthly is fine too, and cancelling is a button rather than a phone call.
