Data processing addendum

This sets out what we intend, in plain English, so you can see our position today. It will be reviewed and finalised with legal advice before Setful launches. Please do not rely on it as a finished agreement.
- Roles
- For the business data you enter, you are the controller and CODEHARDY LTD is the processor. For your own account data, we are the controller.
- Instructions
- We process personal data only on your documented instructions, which include your use of the product’s features.
- Security
- The measures on our Security page, which separates what is in place from what is not.
- Sub-processors
- We will maintain a published list and give notice before adding one.
- Assistance
- We will help you answer data-subject requests, and tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach.
- Deletion
- On termination we delete or return personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
