Hire software is good at taking a booking. The hard part of this business happens afterwards: whether the stock is genuinely free once the wash cycle is counted, whether anyone can legally drive the van, whether the venue will let you in at eight, and whether the job still makes money once the crew hours land on it.
Setful answers those before you say yes, then carries the same job through prep, the delivery and the return. That is the whole idea, and everything else in the product exists to serve it.
It is built by CODEHARDY LTD, a small software company registered in England and Wales. Setful is a working brand name and has not been through trademark clearance, which is why every page says so rather than implying otherwise.

Honestly
Where it actually is
Quoting, availability, the booking checks, jobs, the warehouse app, dispatch, crew, the customer portal and migration from Booqable all run today. Card payments are not built. No operator has yet used Setful as their only system through a busy weekend.
That last sentence is the one that matters, and it is why there are no customer logos or testimonials on this site. We would rather be a supplier you can check than one you have to trust.
What runs today, what security is in place and what has not been tested are all listed in full.
