Terms of service

This sets out what we intend, in plain English, so you can see our position today. It will be reviewed and finalised with legal advice before Setful launches. Please do not rely on it as a finished agreement.
- Status
- Setful is pre-launch software. These terms describe the relationship we intend and will be finalised with legal advice before general availability.
- The service
- Setful is event-rental operations software. We do not hold your customers’ funds, act as a booking agent, or become a party to the hire contract between you and your customer.
- Your responsibilities
- Your inventory, prices, tax treatment and hire terms are yours to get right. Setful shows you conflicts. It does not decide whether you should accept a booking.
- Availability
- We aim for continuous availability and do not yet offer a contractual uptime commitment. We will not promise one before we can meet it.
- Your data
- It stays yours. You can export it. We will not use it to compete with you or expose it to another customer.
- Fees
- Published monthly pricing, billed in advance. No percentage of your booking value, at any tier.
- Ending it
- Cancel whenever you like and take your data. We will give reasonable notice before any material change to these terms.
